An option to hide all chapters on the Follows page except:
> The last chapter that you read of a series that has no new chapters released
> The next unread chapter of a series that you have not read all chapters from
A more visual example (bold means "read", underscore means "shown in Follows list"):
Series A: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Series B: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Series C: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
In the follows list you would thus only see the following chapters:
Series A: 10
Series B: 6
Series C: 1
An option / checkbox (in settings or on the Follows page itself) to show only "current" chapters would be my suggestion for an option like this.
