Forgotten the name of an romance manga

I remember a lot of plot points about it. The main Mls name is Hokuto, the main FL marries him due to his grandfather wanting it (think he was romantically interested in the main FLs mother/grandmother). The ML agrees on the marriage since he gets control of the company (or bigger control at least). I don't remember why the FL agrees to it. The story develops with her falling in love with him first but I lost the manga right after they had been to the MLs family (who don't like him for being an bastard) and have some problem with her believing her to be a gold digger. Another detail I remember is that his secretary looked young but was 55 years old.
