Ah, a short return to Fran’s roots as a mad scientist with fucked up morals. I mean, not that that’s not always around, but aside from the beginning, she became kind of like a mad scientist Doraemon/adventure protagonist and the horrifying effects of her experiments/operations were more like karma at work. Here, she’s just going too far.
 
Wait, wait a minute; I seem to recall something like Kaida's story being mentioned in Tropico 5's loading blurbs. Which country was it again? I can't remember.

I was the translator for Effortposting Scans!
I'm a senior in college and so with a busy workload I was unable to translate as fast as I'd like, and with the whole quarantine and finals crunch I couldn't work on it at all.
I am finishing finals this week and was going to start up again after that, so dang this was sure some comedic timing! Lol

Hell yeah, Franken fran is back! By the way, is this the first "victim" to scape Fran before the terrible horrible surgery that would ruin her life?
 
Took me a while trying to find out where Ms. Kaida comes from. It's from "Kaida-san no Kaidan", and turns out that not only it made by the same author/artist, but i can't find any english translation for it... and now I'm sad...
