We didn't see the secretary face, I personally think that she is one of the few affected by his death, possibly decided to keep a hard face at the funeral after realizing the pieces of shit attending it culd give her problems if she broke.
MC looked in her direction and thought she was a traitor too, but we didn't see her expression.
The guy sent to Siberia made a hill out of a moletop, it was just a punishment trip and it created a rumor of MC being a vendicative guy.
He have no proof about the bastard that killed him, revenge will be tricky.

@Alrange His legacy is only in the company and perhaps that one woman secretary whose face they didn't show. In regard to the company, it's clear they never intended to give him credit for what he did to build it up, thereby stealing or burying that part of his legacy.
