I'm pretty sure it's Korean webcomic-adapted version of the manga that's on Kakao page.
The only difference (other than the translation to Korean) was that it's all colored and the panels are rearranged to make it easier to scroll down on a phone like the other webcomics. But the art and the content is the same as the manga.
