@First_Mate_Zoro @Ainzell The horse meat I eat fairly often is in thin slices for sandwich use, and I'd describe that as sweeter and more mellow than pig or cow meat.

@First_Mate_Zoro @Simpleton ummm how do I say it... The horse meat that I have eat is mostly in steak type dish.. it's more fibre, more muscle, and more tough than regular meat.. Well maybe I should try different dish, to really taste the amazingness of horse meat..
