Rape as a legal term usually has a very specific definition that's typically limited to penis-in-vagina or penis-in-anus (thus excluding oral sex, intercrural sex, handjobs, and many other acts often described as "sex" by the average person), and sexual harassment is so broad that verbal transgressions fall under its umbrella, which falls outside the scope of the presented question.
