They both know who the other is in reality both online and offline but they're both keeping it hidden from the other and pretending their online and offline relationships are different relationships, right?

@Midoriha Shinohara (LaLa) knows who Heke is, both online and offline. Seems that Heke doesn't know/remember who LaLa looks like in real life. She's seen a picture (one of the later chapters translated by another team), but voices can sound different enough that LaLa in the game doesn't sound like Shinohara on the phone and it might be that Heke and Shinohara don't meet face to face.

My theory falls flat when we saw Shinohara imagined Heke as a Buddha (accurate appearance, but we know Heke is a lazybones).

It has been revealed in one of the later chapters that

Shinohara knows who Heke really is, but is hiding that from her. Heke knows who Shinohara (Lala) is and knows that Shinohara knows who she is but she is keeping that a secret as well while trying to push Shinohara to confess or something like that.
