Well, it's not a manga(it's a web novel) but "The girl who ate a death god" and "The girl who bore the flame ring" is similar to what you mentioned. (you can find them on novel updates)

For a manga you could look at: Genocide Online. Only a few chapters out and on hiatus.

You could also look at: Her Majesty's Swarm.
(Its hard to find good/strong/savage female protagonists)
