I know this is supposed to be a cute, wholesome manga, but the reason she took a bath this chapter was because her boyfriend took it with her. The clock isn't a reason to take a bath, because she can still say she doesn't want to take one, unlike when she was compelled by the rubber duckies or tricked by the scary movie and didn't want to be alone. By that logic, the boyfriend didn't need to be coercing her every fucking chapter, because he was taking a bath with her anyway!
