Girls Go Around - Vol. 2 Ch. 10.5

Holy shit, I went into this blind and didn't think it would end on a bitter note. That makes this even better.

I keep coming back to this ending because I didn't expect it in any way whatsoever. What the actual fuck...

Another day of remembering this...

This is one of those manga that will probably haunt me for a while before I forget.

i guess the really way to end this

she must confess to him, before any other girl coming to him
because of that she and him will truly be alone, and if someone dead
its someone thats unrelated to the boi, so there is no point in sacraficing himself to loop

from what i learn, the more loop she gets worse its gets for her
if you notice, every girl loops make more girl loop that will attract to him

CMIIW

I have a feeling that he suffered an accidental death on the first loop, but girl didn't know if it was suicide or not. On the second loop (when story starts) he experiences the same thing at the end of the story, where someone will eventually die, and he decides that if someone must go, might as well be himself.

On third loop and on this chapter we start to understand the girl's attempts to correct his regret, but never once attempted to correct hers. Even if they survive, by playing the observer role the whole time, Chihiro still intend to confess her feelings, even though she was somewhat absent from his inner circle for the whole time? What if he turns her down? WIll she regret anything else?

Now i wonder if Class prez confess to him during the trip and they decide to go out, would that correct the loop?

Chihiro mentioned that Guy was very agressive on the last loop, but she should take that advice on herself and be more close to him, share more experiences with him, be more agressive and then confess. I think something might change then, because she wouldn't have more regrets about high school, just like everyone else.

Really nice story, enjoyable to read. Tnx for translating!

Just came back and read this again. Repeating the same 3 years over and over, which otherwise would've seen you grow old, is a terrifying concept. Spending 3 years making memories and experiencing things with someone, only for it all to repeat and for you to never share that exact same memory again, sounds awful. Works that mess around with human mortality and the concept of time rarely fail to fill my stomach with dread.
