Gleipnir - Vol. 9 Ch. 55

Damn Kaido Basically made his very own Frankenstein’s Monster in Honoka.

Thought she was made from worms or bugs but yeesh using multiple dead body parts.

hmm could the manga be a little behind from where the anime ended? this seems like its heading to the last episode battle soon-ish...
also i would love a season 2... but i would still require to read the manga to fill in the details left out by the anime.

Ah the strong sense of justice corrupted into the abomination of gulit and self-destructive behavior, literally the only way to stop shuchi is putting him down, unfortunately,I get why Elena and out erased his memory,he's to good of a person to kill his friend, also it feels like the Fmc maybe the 9ne that had a hand in their parents death more 5han she knows.

@kimzark Anime ends around chapter 49-50 i think, so manga is a little further

this chapter tells that the manga "is raching its climax" does that mean that we are close to the end of it?

This is why the straightlaced 'justice' types are freaking terrifying when they go over the line.

@Kimzark its a bit different from the anime. Its like theyre not expecting a season 2 so they just dropped everything in one go and just clean it up, if ever they get a second season.

@JaxunHero
I'd say it's closer to a form of necromancy with corpse melding. But yeah, still in the realms of an abomination. And because it has lingering feelings to this world, it has a destructive aura.

"Kaito wouldn't do something silly like killing himself out of guilt that he committed murder."

Yeah Shuichi, he'd just necromance the person back and have them slowly destroy the world instead.

So he frankensteined her together and now she's cremating everything around her into a black void?

That's metal but also don't fuck with life and death, kids. Never ends well.

@mrboko1234
There is still no mention about season 2 on Wikipedia.
The Spanish translation of the chapter was released on July, 14-th.
On that day someone uploaded a video on YouTube. The video title is "Gleipnir Review - Season 2 Chances?", not "Gleipnir renewed for season 2" (which would have been logical if the announcement of the second season was made on July 14-th or a day earlier).

So it's safe to say: nope, there is no announcement of season 2 of Gleipnir. If it would have been announced right now, then it would be scheduled for release at Autumn 2021 at the earliest.

I finally decide to catch up with reading just to be faced with the most recent chapter coming out a month ago. I got so sad then BOOM, new chapter when I wake up. Someone's looking out for me 🤣
