I believe that's somewhat of a mistranslation and is supposed to say "Telegraphed punch", which is a term often used in Boxing for attacks that you can see coming from miles away thanks to traitorous body movements like shoulder or arm motions that typically appear before someone throws a punch.
But that term is also used in martial arts or contact sports in general, you can read more about it here!
