Guest sometimes doesn't show new chapters

On my phone, the guest login will sometimes not show new chapters, ie: Isekai Kenkokuki did not show 32 minutes later (I closed my phone app). But others would show under the 32 minute mark. If I login (my account) it would show. I check under guest to see other manga I might wish to view, foreign languages will pop up new chapters that would not show under my normal login (English filter). Sometimes I find a infrequently updated jewel. Sometimes I find a jewel but then it's only released in Portuguese. My lost.

I realize there is a showing limit, but this is not the first time I have seen this happen. I could find a hot top chapter (6hr) listed. But not showing as a new chapter. Time frame < 1HR.

FYI. Perplexing.
