It was a random comic the artist did in their spare time. It is also old as hell. The artist moved on to bigger things, like being the art director for vanillaware. Aka dragon's crown, Sorceress tits and Amazon's ass are his designs.

I saw the raws and it ended in 2011 apparently. I know he is still active on Twitter and still sees Habanero-tan as something relevant. Hopefully he releases a proper ending one day.

Both the bear and the cow are characters from the Nintendo DS game Kamatanchi, which the artist also worked on. Guessing that was the artist's way of showing they're moving on.
