I still don't get this subplot. MC's brother is an obvious piece of shit who basically tried to rape her, but she still needs to think about it as if there was anything seriously attractive about him outside his looks or wealth. MC is garbage too though, so realistically none of these woman would genuinely want to be with him no matter how much time they spent together.

@KCS Yeah, but when you stop to think about why all these girls are here to begin with, it was just to get in on the money. So her dilemma is most likely "Do I take the certain rise to wealth with the asshole, or go with a one in eight chance with the beta wimp?" If I were a gold-digger that would give me a pause.
And anyway, isn't that the entire premise behind 50 Shades of Grey, which, however garbage it might be, is still incredibly popular (with women, I might add)? The girl had to decide whether or not a man's extreme wealth was worth putting up with his jack-ass sadism issues.
