Have a way to exclude things already on my MD list when searching?

I search for new manga by taking a few tags I like and then searching by most highly rated/most follows, etc.

The problem is that I already have like 100 or so manga on my MD List. I don't want to sift through all of this stuff that I already put on my "Reading" list or even stuff I have on my "Plan to Read" list.
