Help finding a manda.

Hello,
I’m trying to find a manga that I read a couple of months ago but can’t seem to find it. All I remember is that in the first couple of chapters the mc ate the finger of either a demon or a monkey’s hand and he needs to eat the rest of the parts in order to contain a demon, or something like that.
