Help finding a manga about hands

Pretty sure it was a shoujo manga. It was about how a devil really liked and wanted a piano player's hands except the piano player was dying/suffering from some disease/hand injury (?). Either way, they were going to die and they promised the devil their hands. The devil helped them play one last time and then they died. I think the piano player then woke up in the afterlife to stay with the devil? I might be wrong

Pretty sure there was another person involved (also a piano player) too. SORRY I READ THIS A SUPER LONG TIME AGO. If someone knows this I will love you fiveever.
