Help finding a manga

The manga that I'm looking for from what I recall takes place in a zombie apocalypse .
-The main character is a scientist/professer . He looks like smaller/shorter than his actual age ( kinda like Edward Elric from Fma )
-He has a companion with him . I think she had pink hair and she is a zombie.
-She claims that she loves him nd follows him around protecting him with this huge axe like weapon.
-One of the zombie girl's eyes is covered with a heart shaped eyepatch.

This description is a bit vague since I found this manga quite a long time ago. Sorry
