@Yatsuki, the setting is as I remember in the start of the industrial revolution with trains and muskets. MC is male and is posted in a colonised/allied kingdom to train troops there.. and modernize the people there.

I remember a chapter where the mc had to fight 50 criminals, with 5 criminals on his side to prove his strategy was better than the kingdoms military strategist
