Help with RSS and IFTTT

Ok I click on the RSS icon on my follow page and it gives me a wall of text I can't comprehend. I copy all of it and paste it on the IFTTT app but it says url not valid. What do I have to do?

Don't copy the contents of the rss page, but the rss link.
Right click on the rss icon -> Copy link address -> Paste that in your rss reader.
The link should look something like

https://mangadex.org/rss/follows/YOUR-HASH
