It wasn't shown in the manga, but in the LN they were fighting on top of the train with attachable metal grips on their shoes. That makes not being blown off the train just a teensy bit more believable. I love all the bullshit in this series.

Chapter title is a bit misleading, Kinji still hasn't even used his butterfly knife together with his scramasax(reforged from Holmes's Excalibur) yet.
