Wow @dangankou , I can definitely see how you got burned out.
It's weird cause in the beginning past that awkward teen hormone start there was like little to no breaks on the nightmare train, and then there was something badass happening like every 3 panels but now it really feels like the author was dragging this arc out.
I dunno if thats just me though.

Yeah, everything is getting dragged out. If we check the past 30+ chapters, it was :
Getting the vaccine, but the brother get it first. - 10 chapters +
Brother challenge after all the trouble they had in the mine - 10 chapters +
Brother lose the challenge, but drag the fight - 10 chapters +
It's like this whole arc is to say goodbye to the brother, BUT WE DID already said goodbye when he died trying to kill Myabi.
I still wish to continue reading it, but the last arc was so boring.

I feel the Cut Off Atsushi's Head Arc has many subtle nuances, such as his head remaining where it is for the past 10 chapters or so. Ahhhh... I wonder if the author was feeling a bit of burnout himself and just decided to extend things until he could draw some inspiration.
