High influxes of H Dj and manga, are they migrating?

If you turn on your H manga in here you might see there is a lot of incoming H post in the past couple of days. My best guess is because of the take down of sad Panda or ExH. As you many have known, ExH was one of the best safe haven of "particular" tags where mostly forbidden. Meanwhile MD seems to be taken as refugee resettlement of those "particular" tags such as Loli.
So, what is your opinion on this? As you might know some of "particular" tags are on borderline legal and some even illegal at certain country. Will MD safe from it or there's a possibility of HentaiDex in the future? Hmmmm? (I know I'm asking too much)
For me as a freebies and leechers was fine and well since "sharing is caring" so sharing each other a H dj or manga is act of kindness.
Well of course at the same time I don't want MD got into trouble or something, because MD was the only safe haven for small or individual translation for manga just like bato.to
So what's your opinion?

Eh? That panda thread is about a hentai thing???
Didn't know that..

Well I guess it's fine, the.. Loli hentai that flood MD a few days ago was uploaded by the admin himself, I'm sure he know what he's doing.

In my opinion it would better for MD not to host loli ero manga/doujins at all. In fact I had no idea there were such things here since I've H turned off. Hosting them would only attract the kind of attention that might not be beneficial for the longevity of the site. Making fictional, (non-photorealistic) pure drawings illegal is stupid, but since the world is as it is, more mainstream sites ought to protect themselves from the inevitable, for the sake of the larger audience and the main content. More shadowy sites, like the late Sad Panda, would be better for hosting that other content.

My opinion might be cowardly, but I deem it realistic. No politician is going to defend this particular form of art, so things are only going to get worse.

However, it's naturally all up to the site owner's decision.

I agree. It's up to the MD staff and I definitely have no idea about the whole legal stuff, but I wouldn't want it to hurt this site's longevity.

With sadpanda gone and EH going under in a few months, I'd want MD to become the new haven for H stuffs. This is actually a great chance for MD to evolve even further imo

@Straborvsky Don't know about any translators migrating other than Mysterymeat3. ixlone is just saving his lolis from his favorites list on ExH, ShimizuA is uploading genderswap/crossdressing stuff, and I'm just uploading stuff for Mysterymeat3 since he's here now.

Hentai tags eventually...

The Internet back in the 90s was much more free and open.
These days there is too much gatekeeping and self regulation.

@mireaderc It's not the internet as a whole it's just some countries (particularly Europe) adopting heavy-handed censorship laws. I don't think the rest of the world really cares about 2d lolis.

@Exiled
It's not the whole Europe but there are certain countries interested in controlling their citizens bed/porn intrests.
You may be surprised but many of countries that do so are doing it 'cause tech giants are paying for internet control laws.

I'm actually kinda scared of scanlating loli H stuffs now cuz of the new laws...
I mean JK is in there too cuz they are underaged
Yes, before the flames begins, I do know that loli and JK are whole different things but that won't help me when I'm in court

There are internal debates as to whether we should split the H stuff onto its own site (HDex), given the influx of recent H uploads.

An improved tagging and user power system inspired by exh is currently being proposed. It would definitely get tagging done faster and more accurately than the current system.

Well I would not mind hdex... And hey, that community probably has a lot less public drama.

I really do miss EX already, it was so convenient. I regret not saving my faves locally... Sad thing is that a few pages of loli gets a 200page tank dropped so a lot of safe(ish) content got nuked as collateral.

With what holo said about internal discussions about making a secondary site. I would agree it's a good idea. That way if it gets in any legal trouble it won't affect the Main site. And vice versa.

It's great either way,
redundancy is helpful
when the next site falls.

@LowSanity Which tech giants would those be? Net censorship isn't really in their interest because it just means more work for them to enforce it.

@Firefly
Try to search the title in nh. If you're lucky, nh would have them since their stuff mostly come from ExH after all.

@Exiled
They are trying to prevent other new companies from taking their place by creating some speed bumps along the way.
Google is one of them, they sell bots that enforce the censorship and get government funds to do so as well.
I will need to link you like 10 or so articles from up to 20 years ago till now. For my own convenience i will just send you a video of someon who's done some research on it: How the Internet Was Almost Destroyed

A secondary site for all the hentai would be good, people going after porn are more vindicative than you think, it's not a good idea to have all the manga and hentai in the same place.
