Wow... seriously... I feel like taking back some of the things I said earlier in this manga...
Hitomi has genuinely ascended to a meganekko... and become a Best Girl.

Still not sure whether she or Sayo-chan is better though. Sayo is a full-time meganekko and has a more relatable personality... but Hitomi's frames are thicker, and she has mad skills... Tough battle.
