That... was kind of uncalled for. What they did to Oribe was also her own fault. Her coming out with this punishment only makes me want to pity her even less.
But not even able to go dates outside after somewhat officially becoming engaged is way too much. Poor horny boy.
That new dorm head master is probably taking out on others her own frustration on love with a boy, something regarding her family decision possibly.
