They will not have romantic relation.

In fact you can question if Myne ever have a proper romantic relation with anyone (besides a certain you know who that everyone just say "yup, you're definitely in love with him", EVEN LUTZ)
Because to her, it's not love unless she literally goes dokidoki like in the books.

With that said, Lutz is one of her exclusive specialists that work in creating and distributing books, so he'll work with her, just not a romantic partner.
And the promise of him being her main distribution channel of her products still apply.

And the crowning moment of Myne helping her 'he's the perfect husband candidate but I'm totally not in love with him or anything' is invading another territory and usurping it (magically) in order to enter the secret room he's trapped in, because only the owner of the territory can enter it freely.

Her work as a blue robe is to charge up/use those holy tools, the grail (for improving crop harvest) being the main one since it's the least conditional in usage.

Essentially, the 6 main tools are:
Light/Sun Goddess - relate to magic contracts
Dark/Night God - magic absorption
Earth Goddess - improve crop yield
Water Goddess - heal the land that's been drained by dark monsters (the first time we see it used is after facing a fully grown toronbe)
Fire God - spear that unleash the stored magic in a single massive burst, good for killing boss monsters.
Wind Goddess - creating barrier for protection
