ah, a "humans are the real monsters" thing. Amputation is a real fetish, so it hits a bit close to reality, though the result of the process tends to be called a "nugget" rather than a ball of flesh. Anyway, back to the horror: it's really well done, there's few enough characters and they're diverse enough in design that the bad art doesn't hurt the comic so much. I like this one a lot, its pacing is splendid, the horror is palpable, and the ending... it's not a "the monster is coming to get you" ending, but it's terrifying all the same.
