How do you guys see Eden's Zero in comparison to Fairy Tail?

Interesting on its own, but it just seems too blatant of a plagiarism of his own work. Like its not illegal but you can't immerse yourself in it.

I just saw the Vol 1 cover and I thought that it was Fairy Tail Fan Art and thought it was ok.

Mashima reuses his characters and ideas between series quite a lot but I'm ok with that because he can usually still be entertaining regardless. However, I did have to do a double take when I saw the cover because I honestly thought it was just more fairy tail. Lol

Even though the characters are very similar, I mean even if it is the same artist, I am very hooked onto the plot. His style really hits my preferences. The comedy especially. I am quite glad he is doing this and the 100 year quest in parallel so I get double entertainment ^_^
