from a game design standpoint, the fact this is even possible is really bad.
people quit games from things like this if they have a bad experience on the lower levels.
Its why most RPG games disable PVP outside of duels in the newbie zones.
i love the "game world" fantasy types of manga, but always find most the game worlds to be really silly because of things like this.

Thugs like them should have their accounts suspended or deleted.
