@MrFakOff that manga haven't had any new chapter since chapter 13.5 because of artist health problems, so is kind of in a weird status, they haven't called it a hiatus but changed to irregular updates, you could look in the comments of that manga for that info,
 
Well, this explains Erik's poor timing in getting his wife pregnant. it appears she was the aggressor in that situation. I'll cut you some slack this time Erik.

I also agree about Eric getting a very good queen.
 
I imagine the queen is being a monk built healer.. a good tank melee fighter that casts recovery and buff spells before charging to battle.
