I recently found Hyakumanjou Labyrinth and a certain scanlator finished translating it. I have seen on numerous occasions sites like mangadex taken down suddenly and without warning, is there a way to download the manga in it's entirety so I can ensure this great piece is not lost?

If you are too lazy to right click and press save image then try asking the scanlator for the zip files. Not sure what anwser you expected

Stop being lazy and download it one by one it’s not that hard, it’s a small price to pay to preserve a ‘masterpiece’

Other aggregator sites probably will still have the chapters after removal from MD.
They don't have scanlation teams that remove content.
