Considering how insanely useful the carrier’s skills are (they seem to be the only one with anything resembling an item box; any adventurer not willing to kill for that needs to retire) you’d think the nation or guild would set extra laws or precautions to protect them. I mean honestly the carrier bag alone should be a national treasure level item. Any nation would fall apart without a good communication or delivery system.
