@zek777, if you only have paint or something, you can use https://pixlr.com/x/ to typeset, just make sure you export it as a png. It's what I use, personally, because it allows you to use justified text, resize the text, fit the text to the bubble, edit mistakes, create text outlines, change fonts, etc all very easily and quickly.
The biggest thing outside of fitting the text in the bubbles nicely is font choice. Here's a link for the fontpack I use https://www.insidescanlation.com/etc/the-idiots-guide-to-editing-manga/guide/type/fonts. It's meant for manga typesetting, and is at least good enough for a solo endeavor.
