Actually, it's less of a filler and more of a prelude to what will most likely happen next chapter. As an incarnate of luck, I assume that when "bad luck" eventually triggers, things that can go wrong go HORRIBLY wrong and it'll be him against the Navy & Pirates.

@WhiteWhaleJonas I agree with you there. Luck is always a duality thing, good crap and terribly amazing stuff happens just as spectacularly rare.
