It is off and no im not using a public wireless network

@Lonewolf22 Are you in Asia, and are you using any adblockers/general content blocker browser extensions that might be interfering? Try incognito mode or a different browser entirely, and see if that makes a difference.

Its okay now for some reasons when i check the box and reload the manga it works fine now

I get this problem sometimes. The retry/reload button never works either, I always have to refresh the page.
