Yeah having same problem every day at night around 8PM eu time, and i just encountered this again at 9AM too. Tried changing servers/image quality but nothing works. (its not my internet btw thats for sure)

it solves it self sometimes but keeps happening alot, so i guess its some kind of server problem?
