Image Loading Icon Off-Centre

I assume this HAS to be a bug (or design issue) and now that I've seen it I can never unsee it. When loading an image in the manga viewer the spinning circle with a break in it that appears in the center of the loading image (around the page number) wobbles slightly as it moves. If this is a bug please fix, its killing me.

Center of C that you see spinning doesn't match the center of O that you imagine. Mystery solved.
