Is there a way to hide the tragedy genre

I don't want manga to not turn up in search results because they have it, just in a way where the genre isn't listed among the other genres of the manga. Sucks when I find a new manga to read only to find out someone's going to die before I even start reading.

Could you elaborate on 'settings'. I can't find any settings that hide the genre from a manga's page. Site Settings - Exclude tags doesn't hide it.

Thats why ignoring the whole tag section is for you.

@Lord_Lamington just tick the checkbox of a tag until it turns red. If you already excluded tags in your settings, it will become your preset, just hit the search button again to apply those.

Edit: so you want to have a specific tag disappear from your sight for your own convenient, not to avoid it? Then just ignore it as you were told. It works, I do it all the time
