is there a way to not see what a specific group upload ?

is there a way to not see uploads of a group i tried blocking it and blocking the user but i still view the uploads and it annoys me

@migh if you block the group, their uploads should not show up at all, blocking the user only make you not see their comments instead. Dumb question but have you rechecked if the group shows up in your block list yet? If yes and you're sure you still see their uploads (even after refreshing the page) then it's a bug

@Yatsuki i don't know where you can check the block list but i rechecked and the group is blocked and still see their uploads, kinda weird im gonna try to deblock/reblock

edit: it seems its working fine i don't see their uploads now, kinda weird cause i had them block months ago and still saw their uploads, just decided to make this post today and now its working maybe a mod resolved the problem even though i don't even know if its possible

@Grimmycoffee why not ? there is not a single series they do that doesn't disgust me and they are spaming uploads

@migh That's good to know. Btw if you want to check your blocked groups, go to
https://mangadex.org/settings
It's the last tab. In the future if you already blocked a group and it shows up in that list, but you still see their uploads, report it to the mods via Discord or Bugs forum.
Could be something wrong with the scripts.

joint releases iirc bypass the blocklist

@blackyawgdom and @migh Oh yeah I forgot about Joint release.
Basically if the blocked group is listed in the 2nd position in a joint release then it bypasses the block.
Eg you block group A but not group B
Joint release by A-B then you don't see it.
Joint release by B-A then you will still see the upload. Unless you block group B too.
