Is there a way to report a user?

I received a friend request from a user with a NSFW profile pic and description. The person's name is suspicious, as is the listed website, which I made sure not to click. I know I can block the user, but is there a way for me to report the person? I imagine the listed website is probably malware, and wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with this, or for anyone young to see the profile picture or description.

You can DM a mod and send them the user's name and ID along with a description of why do you think it's a suspicious account, they'll take a look at it and inform you

@Chizan Except for the username, the profile looks in every way identical to the user who friend requested me.
@Richman Thank you for the advice. I have now done so.
