I clicked my tongue and was going to close the tab when I noticed it was omake--but I actually picked up cooking about a year ago. Simple stuff really. I was taught all the things I liked eating as a kid. I was picky with food then, but decided I should broaden my horizons--and so now that I'm not afraid of accidentally making the stove explode, I pick up a few recipe's on youtube / the internet and try them out once in a while. Hit or miss, as you'd expect--but I reckon I might try this.

Seemed pretty simple and easy to follow. Were there other recipe's in this manga? might be worth re-reading to see. Thanks for translating this, by the way.

The leaf pie recipe looks cute, but like I expected filling or some kind of other added to it? Maybe just turn it into a cookie recipe instead? Just pie dough and sugar on top feels plain but you could also add things to it I guess

I just ate but I'm getting hungry again. Beef is expensive where I live so, maybe I'll just try this with homemade tuna patties, without the wine. The leaf pies looks so cute too! Decorating it with jam like beads might work out, or maybe where you cut the veins, cut them a little deeper then put some jam in them, or coating it with jam or chocolate on only half of its entirety. But I don't have an oven... (-'﹃ '-)
