@terithian This is machine extracted from a raw image of that speech bubble so forgive me if the characters are not quite right: 「出会っ て すぐ に 好意 を 持た れ た かの よう な 熱 の 龍っ た 目 で 見 られる わけ が」

I ran this through a few machine translators and the sense I get is that the "dragon's eyes" part is poetic or idiomatic language. If I was doing my own translation I'd say something like "Even though we'd just met, her eyes were shining with approval." But that's little more than a guess, favoring sounding natural over accuracy, especially since I don't actually speak Japanese and could be losing half of the intent without even realizing it.
