@FanGAWL but thats not the case, that world has magic already so even a fireball is much stronger than a sword as it can kill multiple enemies. Even if fired constantly the firepower would not be the same at all, killing one enemy at a time and a simple wall of stone can stop it, unlike a fucking black hole which can destroy an entire mountain in a blink.

@ReRead he probably could yes, but then again its bothersome to rule a country, you'd have to control the entire world to stop shit from happening and it takes too much time, I think he'd rather care about his hobbies more than that.
