Takuma has so much more potential than being a berserker, as it was shown that he has very high aptitude to all types of magic yet the author always limit him to just physical attacks...

I know that is because of the incapacity of most writers to deal with really OP character and especially with magic but it still takes me off the story a lot when it happens.

@mahtan going crazy is a great wait to get out pent up stress and anger which he may have as he did work very hard for the church. He almost got royally fucked over along with the church. It would be nice if their skills got better as the story progressed and they fought with a style instead of random flailing (exaggerating) that most usually do.
