Really hate how much of a dumbass the MC is. I bet after all this, when he eventually ends up saving them, he'll still let the fucking cunt association or whatever it is go freely without anyone losing their lives, despite the fuckers trying to do nothing but kill all of them. Like, grow a pair already! "It's a part of him and makes him better than the bad guys" - no it isn't, it's a "Gary Stu"- syndrome that makes him completely disconnected from even this fictional reality.
