I like this one. It tells an interesting story and the ending is cute. It works quite well as the last chapter of this volume's Souichi's shenanigans.
Since I don't think Souichi's stories are very interesting in general, I don't think a volume of pure Souichi is the best idea. They aren't creepy and its comedy is just lacking, in my opinion. On the other hand, having Souichi's chapters randomly appearing in other volumes would have probably been even worse. Quite a dilemma. Judging by individual chapter it's an alright volume I think? The last two totally save it.
Good: Mannequin Teacher, Souichi's Birthday
Okay: Fun Summer Vacation, Souichi's Diary of Delight, Mannequin Teacher
Bad: Fun Winter Vacation
