It's a case where the loanword doesn't have the same meaning as the language it was borrowed from, and as such would have the meaning of "slut" in English; even if the word is the katakana-ized version of "bitch", the meanings of that and ビッチ are different :)

... well story's not off to the best start, to do it with a person you perhaps just met isn't a great standard, like most real people would refuse an offer like that but this is a work of fiction and it's supposed to be fun and entertaining, and entertaining it is, look at the proposal, it's going to be spicy in the next chapter and spicy is fun and entertaining
