Man, this adaptation skipping the Qi circulation technique, the person adapting this seems to have missed how that technique becomes a core part of her skill set. It's a low key a cheat skill that she learned back on Earth after all.

The reason why she chooses the Dao is a bit..

@sweetlyincensed poison bath is just purity stimulation? like it fights against specifically toxins in the body, it attacks a certain portion to improve physical abilities. This is just my guess though, it wasn't explain in it's other form, a webnovel that goes by the same name
@AncientWatcher it seems to be a traditional method used by the family, it has already shown results in her father so whose to say that his offspring wouldn't refine/preform as well. tried and tested method?

I'm actually sad about this. In the future, Cheetah uses it too. Ling Lan also introduces it to her best playmates/childhood friends. It's such an inner circle thing. I wouldn't mind if the manhua took another chapter to explain this, or at least a good portion of a chapter, they didn't even name it this chapter. Maybe they actually slowly introduced the realized benefits as the novel did. I also believe, another commenters mentioned that her skill set now doesn't get much attention in the future. Like, the last time she used the Rabbit Kick was during her First Men's days, so much has happened in the novel
